bwahaha this is better than this horrible piece of junk I drew like two years ago.

anywho, these past weeks I've been sort of depressed with my own art. I tried to overcome the angst but I didn't really know how, so I went through my files, found this old thang and coloreded it on photoshawp. I like the overall result of the coloring, but you can't really appreciate it now, haha.

anyways, onto some stats:

> textures: imageafter.com, ~pixeltool-stock and diffuse glow on a black layer set to color dodge.
> sketched on openCanvas and colored on photoshop. I really just used the default brushes with 15% flow and checked the flow jitter under "other dynamics."

Whoa. I really like her expression. It's blank, but piercing and everything. Wish her lip could've curled up a little more, but I can't exactly critique since I'm nowhere NEAR good at this sort of thing.

Can't see how you think the other one is junk. XD But again. It's based on my little (to no) experience.

I really like the effects in here. Very subtle but they work very well overall. we all get bummed about our art at sometime. It'll probably pass ;3 Cheer up, it's the holidays~:heart:

you're right. xD; that mouth makes her look like her mouth is stuffed with something, or that she's a football player. this disturbs me so. ._.

and uh, you shouldn't say that about not being able to critique. you're like one of the few people that takes the time to write a nice comment to contribute to one's artistic growth, don't waste that, srsly.

Oh wow~ I love the effects, they're very subtle but they really add to the picture.
